5 Reasons I love Shapewear

Waist trainers or waist cinchers are immensely popular nowadays. I have been wearing them for a couple of years and I want to share what I have learned through my experimental journey in the hopes that it helps someone out.

The main focus is to use them to reduce inches of waist and accentuate your curves. But it also has other benefits, I am listing a few here?

-Improves posture

-Provides bustline support

-A more stylized figure

-Helps lose weight

-Flattens the stomach

Now a lot of people don't like waist trainers, because they are uncomfortable, or at least that is what they think. I used to be one of those people, but after experimenting and trying out different types of shape wear throughout the years I have come to realize that it is all about finding the best shapewear for women for your lifestyle.

I have a very sedentary life. My job, my hobbies and my blog demand a lot of hours sitting on my desk, in front of my computer typing away. And while I love it, I am aware I need to take precautions if I want to have a nice body.

So aside from having a balanced diet and exercising I also wear shapewear on a regular basis. I have one for the different types of activities I have in my life:

-Waist Trainer Vest: I spend too much time sitting, when I work, blog or game. So I like to have a little something to keep everything in place and help me with my posture.

-Workout Shapewear: I run and am addicted to Just Dance. I always wear a waist cincher that is flexible enough to let me move freely. This helps me sweat and mold my body while I am working out.

-Fancy Shapewear: No it isn't covered in diamonds or am I talking about sexy lace corsets, I am talking about the undergarments I wear when I go out to nice events. The stuff I wear under an evening gown at a wedding or something I pair with my clubwear. The stuff that accentuates all the right parts and hides those things you really don't like that much.
